Offering the first child-friendly cafe concept in Turkey, Timboo Cafe is in after Ankara and Istanbul, now Konya!

Established in Ankara, Crew Restaurant Group is a young and dynamic organization introducing new brands to the food and beverage sector under the leadership of Kemal Selçuk Türköz, the Chairman of the Executive Board, and creating, putting into practice and operating a professional business structure with a distinct perspective. Creating new brands and offering multilateral services in the areas of brand and concept development within the food industry, Crew Restaurant Group incorporates the rapidly-growing Timboo Cafe, La Gioia Cafe & Brasserie, Marlinda Restaurant & Cafe and Para Gastroteka brands.

Professional cooks, pastry cooks and baristas are raised, in particular qualified service personnel, at the R&D kitchens built in order to provide qualified personnel for the developed concepts and brands and to improve their service qualities. Adopting as a goal the mission of creating brands, the Group unceasingly works, researches, tries and creates with the objective to improve all the brands within its body and develop new and unusual brands. Crew Restaurant Group has been taking rapid steps towards becoming an industry leader in Turkey, thanks to the importance it attaches to infrastructure in the food & beverage industry, its innovative and distinctive approaches and its huge investments particularly in the recent period.

“A tasty and fun addiction”

Timboo Cafe was born in 2008, in Ankara, as the first brand of Crew Restaurant Group. We enhanced our experiences, particularly in the food & beverage industry, during the times we provided corporate brand consultancy to various brands for years. Then we decided to create a brand of our own where we could use our knowledge and experiences and that was when our story of “a tasty and fun addiction” started.

In a short time, we succeeded in becoming an admired and preferred brand, owing to our dynamic and enjoyable atmosphere, menu variety, big and delicious portions, and our detail-oriented attitude.

Moreover, we have become the first restaurant preferred by families to dine out, as a child-friendly venue caring about children.

Becoming a “Love Mark” popular and loved by all age groups, young and old alike, Timboo Cafe has a total of 12 branches today, 9 in Ankara, 2 in Istanbul and 1 Konya. By 2023, we are targeting 30 branches in total, across Turkey.

Timboo Café has a menu responding to food and beverage expectations of the restaurant’s guests at all hours of the day, from breakfast until dinner.

We offer a wide range of courses including filling salad varieties, pastas and giant burgers made with self-prepared burger buns and patties, as well as red and white meat varieties served with special sauces and side dishes.

We love preparing original, appetizing and filling portions. The secret to our menu lies in here; we produce on a daily basis, using the highest quality, freshest and the best ingredients.

We produce the dishes served at Timboo Cafe branches, on a daily basis, at our main production kitchens with HACCP certificate, under the control of Food Engineers. All products undergo quality control stages precisely, starting from the purchasing stage, until they find a place in the menu.

We are trying new menu items and products at the R&D kitchen of the headquarters, together with the chefs from our branches. We create standard recipes for the dishes, agreeing together on every detail, from the taste of the prepared dish to its plating and presentation.

It is an undeniable fact that our human resources lie at the bottom of such power. We are working with a team that always thinks of the next step to achieve our goals and puts their minds, hearts and efforts into this as they believe in becoming the best of the best.

We have been building on our story, which began in Ankara, with the devoted efforts made by each of us and the importance we attach to details and we are carrying the same story into the future even more strongly by opening branches in Istanbul.

We have extended the Timboo Cafe brand from Ankara, Istanbul and Konya reaching 12 branches. Despite the economic and political fluctuations around the world and in Turkey, we have continued working without compromising our struggle and objectives and without losing heart.

We not only strengthen the leader position of Timboo Cafe, indisputably the most beloved brand in Ankara, but also prepare for opening up new branches across Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, in line with the decisions we make towards growing and our strategic objectives. By 2023, our target is to reach a total of 30 branches across Turkey.
